Return and Store Policies

Special Orders are made to your specifications; therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage. Special Orders require a 25% non‑refundable deposit at time of purchase.

Full payment is required before delivery on all items. If storage is required, payment is expected on arrival of items into store.

In stock items maintain a 14‑day return policy. Returned items must be in new condition, free of stains, odors and wear. Appliances must be unused. A 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee may be applied.

Clearance item sales are considered final.

At BrandSource, we understand the purchase of a new mattress is an important investment. You will spend a third of your life for the next 10 years in your bed. We also understand that it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, therefore a 30‑day trial period before making any decisions is required.

If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort after this period, Vance BrandSource will gladly exchange your mattress for a new model that will fit your comfort level more appropriately. The value of your returned mattress will be credited towards your new mattress. All that we ask is that you buy a same size mattress cover with your original purchase, and that you advise us if you would like a change within 90 days of the original purchase.

When exchanging your purchase, we ask for the mattress to be free of any stain and in good condition. No fuss guarantee when exchanging your mattress.
